1 cup beef stock, and vegetables of your choice (like bell peppers and carrots).

Sauté Aromatics: In a large pan, spray with low-calorie cooking spray and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.

Brown the Beef: Add the lean beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
