Ingredients Ready: Gather caramelised biscuits, raspberries, cream, and sugar. – 

Crush Biscuits: Crush the caramelised biscuits into fine crumbs.

Make the Base: Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter to form a base.

Layer in Moulds: Press the mixture into the bottom of small moulds.

Prepare Filling: Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in raspberries.

Fill Moulds: Spoon the raspberry cream mixture over the biscuit base. – 

Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid. – – 

 Serve: Unmould and enjoy your frozen bombes with extra raspberries on top!
